Pop the ball up and flip your foot around the ball and catch it on your foot again.

#2 | NOSE BALANCE

Pop the ball up onto your nose and and balance on the bridge of your nose

#3 | KNEE TO KNEE

Keep the ball up using your knees only

#4 | NECK 360°

Flip the ball up and catch it using your neck

#5 | BICYCLE

Keep the ball up and moving by balancing it on the bottom of your shoe.

# 6 | FOOT JUGGLE

Pop the ball up and keep it up using your feet only

# 7 | POP UP CROSS

Start by popping the ball up and balancing in front. Then pop up and cross to your heel and keep up with your heel

#8 | SHOULDER BOUNCE

Pop the ball up and flip it up to your shoulder, use your shoulder to bounce it up

#9 | ARM TO ARM CHEST CROSS

Roll the ball from one arm to the other across your chest

#10 | EAR TO EAR

Pop the ball up, catch it on your ear, balance it there and then flip it up and catch it on your other ear
