| 1. The competition is open
to all South Africans above the age of 18 and
must be in possession of a valid passport at time
of travel.
2. Employees of Mars Africa Consumer Products
(Pty) Ltd., their immediate family, advertising
and promotions agencies may not enter.
3. Prize is neither transferable nor redeemable
for cash.
4. Mars Africa Consumer Products (Pty) Ltd. will
cover the following expenses of the winners:-
2 x Economy Return Flights (SA to Brazil)
Airport transfers
Accommodation
Breakfast & Dinner
Match tickets
Tours
Any other expenses incurred are for the prize
winner’s account.
5. Mars Africa Consumer Products (Pty) Ltd., their
advertising and promotions agencies may not be
held liable or responsible in any way for damages,
injuries or losses incurred as a result of prize
redemption or any activities involved therein.
6. The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence
will be entered into.
7. Competition closes at midnight on 16th October
2009.
8. Winners to be announced at the final Snickers
Soccer Skillz play-off in Johannesburg, which
will be hosted before the 31st December 2009.
Venue to be confirmed closer to the time.
9. Participants and winner(s) absolve the Promoter(s),
its affiliates, its advertising agencies, advisors,
suppliers, nominated agents and dealers from liability
from any and all claims howsoever arising, including
from willful misconduct or negligent acts or omission
on the part of any such person.
10. In the event of the Promoter(s) not being
able to contact the winner(s) the 1st runner up
and his mate will take the place of the winner.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or
cancel the competition at its discretion. In the
event of such cancellation or alteration, all
participants and the winner(s) shall waive and
abandon any rights they (he/she) may have against
the Promoter, its affiliates or associated companies.
12. All entrants by entering the competition accept
that their entries will become the property of
Mars Africa Consumer Products (Pty) Ltd. and may
be used to compile a database for further marketing
and promotional purposes.
13. Mars Africa Consumer Products (Pty) Ltd. may
use name/s and likenesses of promotion winners
for promotional purposes without further compensation
to the promotional winners.
14. Prize winners may be required to appear in
promotional material for a period of 12 months
from 1 January 2010.
15. All entrants, by entering the competition,
agree to be bound by the competition rules.
